Yes, a 50% deposit is required for new orders.  

I  understand plans can change.        

 In case of any cancellation, depending on how in advance the notification is received, the deposit will be refunded back to you. The sooner you know your plans are changing, the easier the cancellation process.  Just call me to discuss the details.
